what a beautiful sushi roll. I love tempeh and never thought of putting some in my sushi ! thanks for the idea 🙂
I started to put tempeh in my sushi when I didn't have any tofu one day and thought I'd try with tempeh. Now I use tempeh much more often than tofu. 🙂
